We launched CDC to serve customers of a company affiliated with us, Custom Built Structures (CBS). CBS has been around for over 25 years, and has become a premier commercial builder in the area. CBS and their customers often needed vacant land to build on, and we provided the connection. Other CBS customers wanted to buy existing business space, and still others wanted to lease existing space. CDC grew to meet all these needs.

From our modest beginnings, we have grown to a full-service commercial real estate brokerage. We are also involved in residential properties, but only ones of somewhat larger size or specialized features. Many of our customers are looking for dream homes, and those fall into our area of expertise. You’d be surprised how much a 50,000 square-foot commercial building and a 5,000 square-foot home have in common.

CDC was founded by Steve and Don Corrigan. The two handed the reins over to a new generation several years ago, and today CDC is headed by Scott Corrigan, who is adding his vision to the mix.
